HOTEL INFORMATION:

Lantal has blocked 80 hotel rooms for our group at a rate of CHF 210 per room, per night 
(includes rich breakfast buffet).

Important: Please note that Lantal has negotiated a special price at the hotel. Lantal could 
only achieve this very reasonable price because they agreed that they would handle the booking 
procedure themselves and just give the hotel the number of rooms needed and the guests names. 
This means that Working Group members should NOT book the hotel directly but should let Lantal 
know from when to when they will need a room (via Lantal Registration Form link - see LANTAL 
REGISTRATION Section). No credit card information is needed to reserve your room via the 
electronic Lantal Registration Form. 
REQUIRED: Meeting participants have to register twice: Once on the FAA homepage Meeting 
Registration and once via the LANTAL REGISTRATION page for hotel reservations/activity 
information. This is compulsory!!

Ramada and to register for the Lantal Sponsored Group Activities (City Tour and Lantal Tour/Barbeque).  
REQUIRED:  You must book your Ramada hotel reservations and reserve your space for the activities through
