This conference is the tenth in a series of triennial conferences established to inform the international aviation community about recent, ongoing, and planned research activities in transport category airplane fire and cabin safety. This Conference is for anyone with an interest in aircraft fire and cabin safety research. Past attendees have included aviation safety professionals in the areas of engineering, design, airline operations, maintenance, and research.

You may cancel your conference registration should your plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel Reservations:
Our special rate is $59.00 (U.S. $) per night plus taxes and fees. These are currently 13.625% state and local taxes. Rates are also subject to $2.00 plus tax ($2.28), per night, New Jersey State Occupancy Tax and $3.00 per night, Atlantic City Occupancy Tax. Resort Fee is waived for those staying in our room block.

Hotel Reservation Deadline:
The reservations cut-off date is Sunday, October 9, 2022 5 PM (U.S. Eastern Standard Time). Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates.

Hotel Deposit/Cancellation:
Hotel requires a one-night’s deposit, per room, to guarantee individual accommodations. Reservations canceled after 04:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) the day prior to arrival will result in the one-night’s room and tax deposit to be forfeited. If your plans change, be sure to cancel prior to 4:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) the day prior to your reservations start date/arrival date to avoid loss of deposit.

Hotel Check-In/Check-Out:
The hotel’s check-in time is 4:00PM (6:00PM on Sundays and Holidays). The hotel's check-out time is 11:00AM. Should guests request an early check-in, the hotel will accommodate requests based upon availability. If the hotel cannot accommodate requests, luggage storage will be offered. Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in and must have a valid credit card capable of approving a $100 hold for potential incidentals.

Guest Parking:
Valet and Self-Parking are available. The current charge is $5.00 per car, per stay, for Self-Parking, or $10 per car, per stay, for Valet Parking. Should Hotel change the rates, the prevailing rate will apply at the time of the event. These rates are per day for those not staying at the hotel.
